Hi Guys
I have a small problem with my b210, it shakes violently when starting to move with 1st gear after a complete stop with few people on board, on normal load and normal roads it is ok but has the problem with load and hill side roads starting, what would be the issue is it clutch plate or pressure plate or anything else ? thanks regards sumith

These symptoms are normally caused by a bad flywheel surface or pressure plate finish, for example, burned metal surface or oil contamination. If you have *any* shaking (even slight) with normal load that's another clue. There should be zero/none but it may be "OK" barely causing a problem

My modern car does the same thing only when cold. Once the car warms up it goes away.

Our 01 Mazda Protege does this if you try to aggressively take off, read any big load and you get heavy chatter.......sounds like someone beating war drums under the car. The young lady who owned it before me slipped the clutch a lot and I'm pretty sure glazed the disc.

also check your engine/gearbox mounts as a broken one can cause clutch shudder on take off
