WTB H150 -H145 shim

Hi all just picked up a h150 center, just looking for the shim to put it in my 1200's h145 housing, was doing some digging and seen cylons8 had some a few years back, any idea where to get my hands on them these days?

I just picked one up on the weekend as well.
