#1 straight swap or need slight mods?
whoridas_girl Posted on: 2017/1/12 9:58
good evening everyone!! its been quite sometime since I have been on this site...life got busy lol

do 1200 Wagon driver/passenger seats straight swap to a 1200 Ute?

Struggling to find original seats for a 1200 ute that wont cost the earth, and was thinking of throwing my wagon seats into the ute until such time as my wagon is ready to have them put in and I can find other seats for the ute.

Yes, straight swap

I used Coupe seats in my ute

thanks....our daughter turns 16 in October this year, and we got her a 1200 ute that currently has MOMO CORSE race seats and its nearly impossible to get in...I have my wagon seats out of my wagon whilst I'm still taking her apart so I can put those in for the ute to pass rego!! she has been asking for a 1200 for a while and we figured a ute is good coz then she can only have 1 passenger - her brother - once she gets her provisional license :)

I think I've talked a mate into doing the same thing for the same reasons.

1) one other person
2) not powerful
3) cool as
4) simple/cheap to fix/maintain

If and when he needs to fix the car (can do without a science degree ) he can impart a little mechanical
knowledge onto his daughter on a simple platform.
