hi everyone. i was just reading the a14 & a15 install in the tech section and it talks about making new mounts for the a14. would it be possible to just fit a 1200 ute crossmember (if u could find one) and it will go straight in? thnx

Yep, thats what i did to mine, you just have to make sure that the Ute Crossmember is at least an 1980 model- i think...

all ya gotta do is make one of these plates up, and it brigdes the gap between the mounts on the engine and the ones on the crossmember, really simple and damn cheap!
