Datsun 1200 Sedan door?coupe interchange

I have a coupe that seems to have been mistreated in the beginning of it life. Has anyone ever measured a sedan door and a coupe door and seen if they are the same except for the window opening?I have a chance to buy an NOS sedan door , and I have a coupe. Can i just un spot weld the window frame and swap them?Anyone ever done it?

2-door sedan vs fastback coupe doors, window frame is about 3cm lower
