YES - STEAMPIPE
YES TURBO IS BACK TO FRONT FOR THIS APPLICATION - TOO HARD TO EXPLAIN WHY, JUST LETS SAY I TRIED ALL DIFERENT COMBINATIONS TO GET IT TO FIT, TAKING IN ALL CONCIDERATIONS.

FLANGES I GOT FROM EITHER KEI MOTORSPORTS IN ADELAIDE OR I HAD SOME LASERCUT FROM A FILE IN TECHWIKI OR SOME GUY FROM THIS FORUM SENT IT TO ME - BUT ITS A LONG TIME AGO
HAD A FEW SETS MADE FOR FUTURE USE - NONE LEFT NOW

nice work

Some would say that backwards mounting of the turbo is bizarre. I say, If it fits & works properly, it's perfect.
Looking pretty good from here.

FYI on A15 turbo BUILD NO. 2

- turbo is from a standard WRX TD04L-16t
Should be quick to spool and 150kw to the rears without too much trouble on E85
Only internal mod will be lower comp forged pistons ( ouch expensive ) and turbo Cam from clive cams - grind 0240 from memory
This will be a fairly long build process compared to my other projects as it will be put together outside the car
while it will be still running a warm naturally aspriated motor over this next summer

After a long stint of procrastination and not being able to source an efi inlet manifold for the turbo 2.0 project , I've got of my ass and started to build my own.
