Where do the wires go in blinker switch?

Black wire
Green wire White wire Anyone know what these wires do? It is a late model but w/o hazards. It is the push-to-pass switch optional for early model 1970-1973. Same switch was used 1970-1994

I have a brand new blinker switch and it doesn't have those wires.

This one is the option switch with push-to-pass button
