Wanted - 1 x used standard A15 piston (sample for forging supplier)

Because getting forged pistons here in Aus ars sooo expensive,
I wanting 1 x used A15 piston if anyone in Melbourne has one lying around (I threw my used ones out) Its to send over to the USA as a sample so they can make a set ( or more if anyone else wants some made up ). This is for my clubman7 Turbo 2.0 project so the standard 8.9:1 compression pistons will be just fine Cheers dp

I probably have one in the shed but I'm in Adelaide these days. Are you going for flat tops or just getting forged versions of the stock pistons?
I'm sure someone closer by has one. This might be a bit far out but maybe one of our friends across the pond could post one to the shop for you?

In USA we got three different A15 pistons, and none were 8.9:1. So you'd probably best get the local ones
* centered dish, shallow * centered dish, deep * offset dish (different dish than JDM type)

Anyone in the US bought forgies that I could contact or is US$650 - 700/set what you pay over there? Our crappy AU dollar at the moment dosen't help

USA A15 compression was 8.3 to 8.5 due to larger dish
Every automaker has gone to high compression with turbo. suzuki vitara 75 cheapos will hold 25psi
You prob know Simon used PJZ pistons for one of his builds with machined tops
