I'm not trying to start another international slanging match but I just had to say to Kiwi driver Scott Dixon,,,,you bloody beauty for taking out the Indy 300 today...As is the case with all good Kiwi racing drivers Scott has racing Nissans in his past. As a chubby 13 yr old Scott pedalled a Nissan Sentra in the Sentra one make series in national competition in NZ. He had to sit on a cushion to reach the pedals !! Another piece of trivia, Greg Murphy of V8 Supercar fame is a former Datto owner. His first car was a genuine Kiwi classic a 1200 SSS. He claims it is the only car he ever bought himself, I would love to know where that car is now if it's survived...

Awesome! I missed that Scott had won and didn't know Murph had a SSS! Go the Kiwis. BTW Murph still holds the lap record at Teretonga - the southern most race track in the world.
