I'm laughing so hard I almost can't type! Could someone tell me what the Yahoo Broad Band advertisement at the bottom of the auction means by this quote?

That caught my attention as well ... I did a Google search for:

picture umbrella ill-smelling

And got a lot of hits! Apparently these are popular words to use together (in English) But none about the japanese translation.

There is a guy at work here that might be able to translate it more correctly. I'll ask him on Monday.

I asked my co-worker's Japanese wife. The other part "It checks the corresponding area" apparently has to do with the form: you put in a phone area code and it tells you if broadband is available in your area.

Unfortunately, as with a lot of Japanese-to-English translation, she couldn't tell me what the "Ill smelling umbrella" part meant (though she read the original Japanese). Maybe it's some technical term she wasn't familiar with.
