WTB 32/36 carby manifold setup for an a12 as I'm gonna stick with one side drawn webber ...
also any other advice on increasing a12 ability to spin those 15s would be greatly appreciated....

The Weber 32/36 is down-draft rather than side-draft.

To spin the tires, you need high torque. Use the stock 4-speed as it has the steepest 1st gear. Also, keep the heavy flywheel so you can rev it up and dump the clutch. Neither will help the car last long though. Also, use low profile 15s so you don't lose more torque than needed turning tall tires.

The Weber 38/38 will reportedly give more low-speed torque than the progressive carbs. You'd have to tune it carefully though, to be rich enough.

Use high-octane fuel, set timing to 15 degrees and ensure the vacuum advance is working. This should give 1-2 extra torque. The more timing advance the better until it pings. You don't want it to ping (knock).
