Thanks, I'm trying to find out where the tappit cover hose should go, I guess it goes to the air filter!! Then there is a male breather connection on a pipe that runs between the 2 carbs, I don't know where that should go, and lastly there is anouther male connection under the carb, I also don't know where that should go? Can you help?

are your SU's flat top or round top?, i have no pipe between the two carbs and think it may be for emmisions on a flat top SU???

i ran the tappit cover breather and crank breather to a plastic bottle (fabric softner container) with a filter (kitchen scourer) cable tied to the top, been checked by cops and scrutineers for rallying and passed both everytime

and the only male connections i can think of are for the fuel and just link to the fuel bowl, but then again maybe its for the vacuum advance, cant remeber what that looks like

ill get pics of all angles anyway and have a second look where you are talking about

the male connection on the balance pipe between the carbs is the pcv valve, the hose should run from the pipe out of the block at the back.the rocker cover breather definitely goes to the air cleaner.the other connection should be the water connection for the cooling system, this is for heating the inlet manifold.just get a blankoff hose from a holden dealer, these are about $5 each,or you could just hook it into the cooling system.
