Can anyone tell me if B110 steering parts such as tie rods etc. are the same as B122 ute? I need to replace just about everything so just checking before I start buying. Thanks.

I have just been through the same repairs myself on my ute (B120) 85 model.
Just be carefull when purchasing because there are some differences listed in the part numbers and some parts that i got didnt fit but were supposed to.
The Ball joints that they listed were wrong (the spacing on the mounting holes was slighltly different)
Drag Link or Steering rod : Mine was a straight one as I suspect yours is as well. When the new one arrived it looked different. This one will not fit it needs to look exactly the same.
Tie rods no worries at all.
Having said that I have now fitted all the correct parts and it feels like a new ute.
