This is Gerald and Chas Mammi's old sports sedan right? Good to see some of the bits you have been talking about! How much does the car weigh with engine.

All the pics work on the site so you are on your way It will be good to see some more of the technical detail on the car!

Yes Errol it is Geralds old #43 car. I had the choice of 43 or 44 and picked the full chassis car. I bought it sight unseen but I think it was $6000 well spent in the long run. I can't wait to get it going again.

Team_Dat the pics of the roller rockers are for A14. I posted a link to the yellaterra site on the other post so you could look for yourself. I have gone for the 1.65:1 for mine.

I am posting some alloy flywheel pics hopefully if I can figure out how to add another page and link it to the first one.
Just for interest it weighs under 4kg.

I'll put more info up when I learn more about how to work this program. I'm using crow pushrods and valve springs. I have all the part #'s of what I've used somewhere. They are 6 cyl springs so I have leftovers just in case too.

When we all get together for a beer I'll bring my file of info and you can copy some of it down if that will help.

Hey Dattoman, i agree with the others, some more text would be awsome, nothing better than looking into others minds when they are building or re building a car.

The car kinda looks familiar, i am pretty sure that i mate of mine over in Sutherland Miranda area owns your cars twin sister. it is nearly identical in colour and construction and the name of the previous owner sounds very familiar, i am 98% sure although i will have to give my mate a buzz to make sure.In actual fact i was only talking to him the other day as someone else asked me if he still had it for sale........... he was going to sell it then he wasnt and now who knows ??????

I will find out if it of interest to you.......

Cheers

Oh yeah. I don't know what it weighs yet but according to Gerald its 620kg without driver.

The sister car isn't a full chassis car like mine.
I could have bought that one for $3000 but it didn't seem quite as well built and it weighed 660kg.

Mine also came with spare parts, (diff, shocks, suspension arms...etc) ,10 wheels and tyres plus a single axle trailer. The ####ty thing was I had to pay nearly $2k to transport it to Perth because it took up 2 bays on a car carrier. I had to have it transported by a specialist boat + caravan mover.

Very nice. Like the new layout. I've tried in the past to do something like this for my El Camino and 180SX but it never works. I'm computer illiterate. Anyway, keep up the good work!

Have you seen these aluminum roller rockers? They're made by Malvern Racing here in the U.S.
