my non-mechanical mate has a 1200 ute, he needs to know where to find the chassis no.
i haven't seen the car yet, anyone know?

Just open the hood and look right above the wiper motor (passenger side) there'll be a number stamped into the metal... also the identification plate is just opposite of that above the master cylinder.

On my 64 320 1200 ute the chassis no. is on the rhf rail inside the engine bay
