is there anyone hat can give me a full list of things to do to my A15 to get the best performance out of it, without going into turbocharbe and supercharge. all input will be most helpful

Depends on how much you wanna spend turbo charging is the way to go but as you dont want that.Get a regrind of your cam shave and port the head double valve springs a set of extractors and a set of twin webers or dellorto's u should flog most standard V8s
