Anyone know anything about an H75 head

I sent you a PM regarding this but just in case you dont read that Im curious why you refer to the H72 head as a smog head ? does it not perform well ? The pic's Ive seen of the H72 next to a nissan comp head look fairly close, large oval ports, not small round ones like a stock A12 head ? As Im about to buy one Id be interested in any info. Thanks, evan
