i dont no what turbo 2 by

i think the same turbo as what ive got would be great, its a single turbo, off a twin turbo 300zx they use the same turbo's as the gtr.

What about a T25 off a CA18DET? These are a little small on the CA so I would think they would go very well on a 1400cc motor. Best of all they're cheap!

WRX turbos are seem to be small, might be alright if you just want some boost to play with but the single 300zx turbo sounds alright.

CT12 turbo works well of a twin turbo soarer or supra, boosts 14psi fine

my mate has a VL turbo on his a14

i got a vl turbo on mine too
havent drove it properly yet so cant really say how well they go
mine doesnt seem to kick in till about 4500rpm but when it does it gets moving
only running standard boost at the moment too

it also pends on set up blow through/ draw through
if u doing the easy draw through set up u will need 2 change the front oil seal in the turbo to a + seal. if not the turbo wont last very long with fuel runing through it, seems 2 perish the front seal which will lead 2 constant oil drop in motor and turbo will have heaps of play, and will blow shlt loads of smoke under load.
there are some turbo's which come out with a positive front seal like the Rayjay turbo, older type seem 2 all have them but any turbo reco shop can supply u with new seal, on the turbo u choose,
