KB210 ? what does the K stand for?

hi everyone.
I have a 74 120y coupe and on the compliance plate I noticed it says KB210. I was just wondering what the " k" stood for? If anything. Any info would be great, thanks.

does it really mean coupe, why doesnt it have a C in front of the B210?

I thought they were made in India.
