I did try to make something similar years ago but didn't work.

Gear drive I mean.

Thanx guys for the uploads I cant do it on this jap pc im using at my inlaws. However a great addition to any a series however not at that price when Chev and ford ones are nearly a quarter of that price.a
Also a harmonic balancer for the A series was sold on the Auctions but didnt get a chance to get the link.
Also the headlights not in the blue but clear look quite good on old cars. Ive only seen them on old corollas and gtrs in Mainland last I was there and been really after some specially as found on the new motorbikes. They look like a myriad of diamonds or a finely cut diamond on each headlight.

A friend has a gear drive in his 350 Chevalay engine & it sounds like a blower whine. Noisy bloody thing it is too & one gets heartily sick of it after a while.
Good for racers, but not for long distance cruisers.

I don't count this car as a long distance cruiser so I'd be happy with the whine.
2.1km per lap. 3 timed laps per go ...... plus warm up and cool down laps... I could live with that.
