this is a question for anybody that has any knowledge in the modern ignition systems

ok, the modern ignition systems use a resine filled coil pack, right, as apposed to the oil filled coils in the older cars

ive heard somewhere down the grapevine that you cant use a oil filled coil on a efi motor if it was originally fitted with a resin filled coil pack, is this tru or do yo need a modual with the oil coil

i have a accel super coil that isnt bein used at the moment and am wondering if i can put it onto a efi motor

ok ive even got the crane cams fireball xr700 modual that i can use aswell, i got all the stuff ready to hook up but i dont no if its safe to use with a computer if a oil filled coil is compatable with it
