I know I am not talking 4 cylinder but they made a huge difference on my v8.

The torque increase in massive........worth every cent !

Even tho i do only own a 'half engine' something like that is quite beautiful!
Should have opted for the cross flow carbon fibre ram tubes now thats some fun there....Going to run trumpets or what?

How many cubes you got in there? Excuse my ignorance but is taht the 351?

I think that is a 302ci/347ci windsor or a 351 Windsor definitely NOT a Cleveland thoughand I'm betting the car is a '64-'71 Mustang!

just out of interest haas anyone tried ONE of those webber (IDF's I think) on an A series?

Mawler, i reckon it would come too close to the bonnet, maybe if you cut out some of the bonnet and had a scoop... and theres no way id do that.

I dont believe that these downdraught Webbers have anything to offer on an engine with horizontal inlet ports as you lose the benefit of the straight shot at the valves. These carbs were designed for just this type if instalation where the ports are more near to the vertical. Correctly sized & tuned DCOE's will work better in our inline type engines.

And this Ford engine, in a Ford chassis is relevent in the main forum of the Datsun 1200 website because........
