Anyone seen this brand before?
TODA Flywheel 2.8kg, that's not bad at all for a non-aluminium flywheel.

TODA is a very good brand they make tons of stuff including racing engines for the japanese GT series.
so I can not say that I am shocked by the price.

The ring gear is machined integrally with the wheel so cannot be replaced if the starter graunches the teeth.
Aircraft structural grade aluminium with steel inserts is better than steel for flywheels, due to larger thermal mass to absorb heat from the clutch surface. Also about $140 cheaper

yeah i bought one from here when they were 39500 yen, which is $330 cheaper
