c20 diff into sunny b310

I have a 1982 b310 sunny (square headlights) with A15 and 5 speed box and have the opportunity to buy a nissan vanette c20 diff.
I have been told these diffs go in with no mods, is this true? Also, what is a good price to pay for the diff? Thanks!!

It shouldn't be LSD unless someone has changed, it should be slightly wider than the B310 by about 40mm, I think and the spring platforms on the C20 diff are wider. There are a couple of different diffs in the C20's also, one is a H165 (8 bolt) and the other is a H190 (10 bolt). As for price, it depends where you are.

It is definately original lsd. Do you know anyone that has done the conversion?

It's not hard if you can fabricate and weld. You may have to swap to wheels with a differnt off set.
