1200 torque's needed

hay ther guys just wondering if any 1 had all the torque specs 4 an a12 engin. coz im rebuilding 1 atm. and if u hav any ideas on a good combonation of pistons, rods, cam ect.

hey mate i got a 1200 workshop manuel and im pretty sure that has all the torques in it
im in penrith if your close you can borrow it to get all the info you need
