How do I ID a bluebird.

I stumbled across a 910 wagon today. How do I tell if it is the right model which has the diff that fits a ute? I know that there was one model which fits, but the axle splines are wrong.

On the Australian B310 Sunny's firewall, you will find a tag like this & it reveals all that you want to know. Quote courtesy of Dman ![]() Now I know it's not a 910 but I guess the principle is still the same

They'll all have a 3.9:1. I've been led to belive that there were two different H165's fitted to bluey wagons. Someone reckoned that it was the series two bluey wagons had the right diff. The question I really should have asked was, How do I tell the difference between a series one and a sereis two bluey wagon?
