twin cam a series

Hey i have been investigating this purely out of interest, and there was a guy on here username: Matt from NZ who got a substantial way through doing a twin cam head conversion using a mazda mx5 head and was just wondering what the verdict was. DID HE GET IT RUNNING?!
Any one else ever get a twin cam head running? What about feral he got pretty far through as well, anyone find out what head he was using? cheers Nick

Isn't the E series a single overhead camshaft design?

wondering if the twin cam would be even worth all the trouble compared to a worked GX head. probably not

I thought the one that errol was doing was a G16 head out of one of the newer pulsars

I don't know about the twin cam head but I am interested in the E- series conversion. smaller combustion chambers , crossflow head . sounds like the way to go!!!!!!
