us spec bumpers to euro bumpers

does anybody know how to go about converting from a us spec bumper to a euro bumper on a b310 and what do i have 2 change(beside the bumper itself)??

I'm not too sure, being in america myself, but the US spec bumpers have a 2.5 mph
"shock" type thing for DOT standards, and I think the bolt holes are the same. The euro bumps have an "old school" steel bracket, again I think they do 'cuz I want them on my B210 also!!!
