Does the file fit the size restrictions - both dimensions and file size?

YES , ITS SMALLER THAN THE DIMENSIONS AND I CHANGED THE FILE SIZE TO CORRESPOND, I'LL KEEP ON TRYING, ANY FURTHER HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED. THANKS
