Lowering blocks, 1000/1200=same?

Just a quick question. Are 1000 and 1200 lowering blocks the same? Because i want to buy some of those billit ones off ebay for my 1000 wags. Ive heard that they are interchangeable.

On the blocks i bought it said 1200/120y so i guess they are..
