CA Conversions in NSW

Hey guys just a quick question for those with CA18DET's in a 1200 in NSW.
What would be the process of registering a 1200 with CA from QLD to NSW? The car has been mod plated in QLD and totally legal. Would the car need to get passed by an engineer or could you just register it from QLD to NSW?? Anybody done it before?? Any info would be great. Cheers
