What weber carbs is recommende for the 1000 deluxe (lb10)?
How many hp will the extra will this give the engine?

they would have to by little webbers,
the 1000 doesn't suck much wind...
the Hitachi of a 12 or 1400 will be a decent upgrade, or even a DGV..

I have twin 40's on my 12oo and they bog a bit a low revs but I am happy with the set up

I have one with a single downdraught and it goes really well.

A single 40mm would be great but the manifold might be hard to find.

The single sidedraught weber manifold for a 1200 seems to fit OK you just need a relly small (short) filter on the inlet to clear!

How are the prices on those two single weber manifolds $260 ,talk about price gouging.

It's the second one of the single carb (Lynx) that i have, mind you it only cost me $65! It's new too, but i don't have a carby for it yet. Just trial fitted it with one of my twins!

Yes the prices are a bit rough. I found these while looking for a twin Carb manifold for an a15 oval port. If i get desperate I might have to buy one off him. First thing is I need to buy is some carbies.
