stanza brakes and maddat booter ??????????

ok guys i have a 1200 ca18 ute wit stanza struts and brakes powered buy a maddat booter and the brakes are well #### the pedal is nice and hard but it just does nt stop the car wat could it be ?? i have the standard stanza brake pads ?
