ive got the two clutch kit part numbers
nsk-6121hdcb (for A12 and recomended by the exedy bloke i talked to)
and
nsk-6147hdcb (suited to an A15 vannette.)
both use the same clutch disk nsd-029u (which is the part number i got off of the clutch disk in my car, and it is also the same in the exedy books) but they are different housings i suppose???????
so does anybody have the right kit number for the A15 that they have used
or have a recomendation for the grade of clutch to use. i am going for the heavy duty cusioned button ceramic clutch (hdcb sufix) for my 109hp A15 racecar as i burnt the clutch out this weekend at the nsw supersprint championships at wakefield park

i actually got the part numbers today, but dont remember what they were

i know 1200 was the same as sunny, which were different to 1000

Go for the Vanette one. The pressure plate should have a higher clamping force.

those part numbers look very foreign, but it has been a couple of years since I've bought an A series clutch. Daiken (aka Exedy) R169HD is the part number I know for the Heavy Duty Vanette clutch. I've used one of these behind a very strong A14 turbo engine.Thait was full face rather than sprung button plate though. That's obviously the extra "cb" suffix on the part number.

the part numbers in the first post look like the ones i saw, if getting a HD just get them to make it as heavy as they can
shouldnt cost anymore and can go a fair bit more than the normal HD im pretty sure

the hd stands for heavy duty
hdb stands for heavy duty button
hdcb stands for heavy duty cushion button clutch
the hdcb gives a smoother engagement insted of the in or out style of the button clutch.
has anybody put one of these clutches on their A15?
