Suspension Swop / Upgrade

Hi Guys
I'm a new member. I live in South Africa, where we have quite a few cool Datsuns. I need some help/info on my project. I'm currently building up a Datsun 140z/B210 Coupe with a CA18DET Engine and Gearbox Swop. What suspensions (front and rear) would be compatible? Also, some tips on releasing power from the engine will be appreciated.
