1600 race car

ive been offerd a 1600 race car and he told me to make an offer what is the going rate for a race car??????its a 1600 sed fj20 s/c after market ecu,coil overs all round, full cage, r31 brakes,r31 lsd and has full cams log just needs some small body work and a lick off paint
does that sound ok or not worth my time

I would ask again about the R31 LSD. I'd doubt very much it's been converted to a solid rear end.

Sounds like you need to do more homework on what exactly this beast has ,what the craftmanship of the build itself ,ect. cause you don't want to buy a racer that you come to find out has a lot of probs. that need to be tended to ,after you have paid a price for somthing you thought you had.

do you know any engineers? It can be done, but there are alot of regulations it needs to comply to and the rollcage can't block your access for getting in/out of the car. good luck.

what colour is the car and what other info can you supply re .... gearbox , brakes , suspension , who biult the motor , what ecu and any pics then we can give an idea on price ....... highly unlikey putting it on the road if it is a full race car
