the one in the top left
it should have a hose that goes to a nother one did you pull em off or it came like that ? i can post pics of mine if you want?

ok im pretty shore the pic i posted solves the top two middle green circals
the far left one goes in to the air intake piping from memory mines not hooked up the other one from memory goes to the carbo canastar ( black thing )

middle left - this plums back into the intake piping. That goes from the intercooler to the throttle body.
bottom right - goes off to the purge tank

bottom right is blow off valve and boost gauge on mine...
