try your local parts guy.
he should be able to source the pinion seal and bearings for you.

I have talked to 2 independant parts houses and 2 nissian dealers. When we search the database by year/make/model presto the parts come up..however they do not fit the rearend.
The part# on the seal is 38189-18000 NDK 78 this part# has been discontinued by nissian, with no proceeding number I do not have a part# for the bearing. I am wondering if I gotta rare oddball rearend or what.... Also 1 revolution of the tire produces just a hair over 2 turns of the pinion..Anyone know what ratio that makes it? Thanks so far for the help

Sounds like you have an oddball rear axle assembly.
Can you take a picture of the 3rd-member and post it here? Front and back photos.

The USA 1974 B210 rear axle assembly is different from any other B210. So it is not unlikely that somebody has swapped in a newer (or older) one.
Older ones use the same seal. Newer ones use a different seal.

I have a '75 and a '76 B210 in NW OK. you're welcome to them if you come pull them. Both were just fine with no noise or leaks. both had a low ratio. I will be swapping the one out for an '81, if I can mod it to fit

1975-1982 all use the H150 differential -- you can swap the center sections (pumpkin) to get different ratios.
1971-1974 used the H145, but they say you can swap the H150 pumpkin into them anyways. Theoretically you are supposed to use a 2mm shim where the gasket goes. Details: club wiki, search for Differential You can view topic.
