yeh well i just had my dreams of owning a mint datsun crushed well wacked actually...

ok heres how it happen... it was backed up with traffic and the light was green and people had stop over the other side of the lights so i stoped.. still being green the stupid bittch saw the green light and wacked up my ass, that wat she said.. its pritty bad the whole right side of the car is bent with the wheel arch rubbing my right hand tire....
her car was not that bad a crapy magna.. abit of front damage but not as bad as mine..

so ####t ah wat to do now but wait and see wat her insurance says....
its going to cost to much i think so how much do you think its worth in todays market...??

that sucks man, i always worry that this is gonna happen to me. you know what they say it not your driving you have to worry about it all the other dick heads on the road. hopefully the insurance covers it and it looks good as new.

Last time i insured the 1200 value was $1350 for a 4door with auto trans. Don't let them write it off!

well it shouldnt cost you anything because she ran up the back of you and her insurance will cover it, the vehicle should be restored up to or to a better standard than it was before. if she doesnt have insurance youd better hope that you atleast have full comp other wise it might be court for you two. if you have full comp you still wont have to pay anything if she was at fault.

yeh thats so true.. i did the right thing by hanging back and not waiting in the middle of the intersection... i might call it a right off and get the money and use it as spare parts hopefully..

i insured it for $3000 so hopefully i can get it fixed up all good..

more than 3 g damage there for insurance purposes... the c pillar is deformed so might be structual write off even.

you could fix it but insurance probably wont. looks like you will have to find a donar 1200 sedan

If her insurance company offers you $500 coz its a old car(as they do) go get some for sale ads of 1200s and send them to them to PROVE they are worth more. And find out what class the car is due to its year (vintage, classic etc).
