Non Stock Steering wheel

Hello, just wondering if in Victoria it is unroadworthy to have a non stock steering wheel that has a bit of the trim missing? The actual wheel its self isn't missing any thing just a piece of leather.

yes it is... can be worn excessively either.
seats are not supposed to have rips tears etc either.

nah doesnt need to be stock as long as same minimal padding as stock and over 13 ich diameter i think from memory
