THANKS PEDRO!!!!
Ive moved my thread into the required forum... Lets try and keep this thread to no comments from now on, just build posts. Cheers I realised i needed a daily driver since the wagon has become the ummm, project haha. So i bought myself a ute and a parts ute. very cheap, no rust at all, rust proofed from factory. 95000 genuine kms and the parts car has 87000 or sumthing genuine kms. The daily had been sitting in a dry shed for 8 years so i had to put it through compliance and it flyed through without any mentions. In some pics there is still the heavy layer of dust sitting on the outside haha. As you can see the parts ute has been clobbered by a small truck after pulling out of an intersection some 13 years ago, nice work. Bought the parts ute to cut out the rear quarter for the wagon and has served very well as parts donor for everyone i know and the wagon too. Pics: ![]() ![]() ![]() anyway, these two trucks, along with about 18 others where bought from nissan in circa '82 and everything pulled out of them and amazing amounts of tecktill (rust proofing) sprayed over every surface and in ever consievable orfice. Which is a good thing since there is now no rust They were also fitted out with checker plate alloy tray lining which means nooooo dents in the tray. And a big arse diesel tank and pump fitted to the tray, along with another leaf added to a reset (higher) leaf pack and stiffer springs in the front. Which all takes into account the 4x4 stance on this beast. Plans are to fit 5 speed and a lower diff ratio for good fuel economy and drivability on the motorway. Also since they came with drums all round from factory i will put some kb110 struts and brakes in there to help pull her up nicely. I have a pair of coilover sleeves, springs and top hats coming from ground control in the states: ![]() Some nice and stiff 250lb springs should go nicely with the shorter s1 rx7 shocks in the shortened kb110 strut for some awsome lowness. Not to keen on insane rake so will have the leafs reset almost flat to level up the rear and since they are already super stiff i wont have to touch them again. Still looking for some shorter shocks for the rear of the ute and wagon. A new muffler is as far as i will go with the engine as shes the daily. i recieved my coilover kit from ground control today. Very happy with the quality. The springs are 7 inch and 250 lb/in. So much stiffer than the standard 1200's haha. Heres a comparo pic... ![]()

Camber plates are cusco s13 items Got my leafs back from being reset last week so its all going in tomorow and the superlites back on!

old struts and brakes out
![]() new struts and brakes in (kb110 - standard disks, all good for an a12) ![]() leaf comparo ![]() get em in there! ![]() reset leafs arnt low enough, add blocks. ![]() Add camber, they are s13 cusco camber plates but the b110 bolt spacing is 180* of the s13 so they were quickly machined to gain moooore camber. ####ty picture with tecktill (rust proofing thats EVERYWHERE in the ute) all over them but you get the idea ![]() add front lip and the 13x7 superlites i was running on my vb110 annndddd what do we have. ![]() ![]() ![]() Keep in mind these are 175/50's on a 7 (not real stretch but farking low profile) and the arches are flush. Tyres are advan AO48's. Had then since the beginning of last year for my vb110 but they have been out of action whilst that thing gets a resto. Dont know if anyone notices at all but i have removed and added a few things since i got it like chrome around indicators, bars behind rear windscreen, chrome bumper etc etc NEXT wheel alignment painting the front lip at work in the next day or two (body colour) so more pics are coming. Gaurd mirrors (bullet ones, black with chrome ring) Twin peeeeaaa shooters extended hard top (when i have some time to make) new grill badges etc etc etc etc etc etc etc Cheeeerssss

Gave it some attention that it soarly deserved this arvo. Washed and waxed it.
Was quite amazed how much grime was actually stuck on the body. Then went and got a few pics whilst it was still light. Heres my fav: ![]() Black grill.... bo yahh Have a pair of b110 gx bullet gaurd mirrors and some chrome monsoon visors coming from the holy-land, Japan. Should improve the looks some DANG, i hate how these pics make it looks so tame. Its so much lower in the flesh and tiny.... god is it small. Will have to take some comparison picture of it next to normal family cars. I loose it in parking lots etc haha
