hi guys
i found a little problem while pulling my motor apart. i have an a14 motor which has oval ports, but the manifold is off an a12 with circular ports and a12 gasket which aint a good fit.just wondering if anyone has a manifold off an a14, and if so how much.

Can you post a picture of the port face of the head & the gasket face of the manidold.

I suspect that you have a round port manifold from the Thrift version of the A14.

These used the oval port manifold stud arrangement, complete with water heating of the manifold, but the smaller round ports like the earlier & smaller engines.

These earlier manifolds will not bolt up to the A14 head unless the manifold mounting stud above the pairs of inlet ports is fitted.

I wish you were in the US. I'd buy that round port intake from you.

Is yours the later ['80 and up] water heated version?
