I WAS PLANNING ON DRIVING ALL THE WAY TO SYDNEY ON SATURDAY AND HE STUFFED ME AROUND AND LEFT ME HANGING UNTILL IT DETERIOTATED INTO VERBAL THREATS OVER THE PHONE WHEN I ASKED TO KNOW WHATS GOING ON......

I PAID FOR THIS TWO WEEKS AGO AND WAS ALL SET TO GET THIS ENGINE.......

HE IS REFUSING TO RETURN MY MONEY AND WONT ANSWER MY CALLS.....

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PERSON!!!!

Thats a shame, hope he sorts it out as their are some great members on this site. (eg) Frank the Dolphin man, PIGDOG and Ruperts Coupe spring to mind.

He seems to be one of those guys that every thing revolves around him

revolves around me, why because you didn't come and pick up the engine you bought, you know where it is, as for not answering your calls i've been at work till 830pm, when i got to my phone you had called 26 times thats a little strange in itself, it seems that everything has to revolve around you my friend, because i didn't call you before a certain time you lost it, i sent you the details you requested now you bad mouthing me, mate snap out of it.....

Theres heaps of good members on here. Too many to fit in this box. Hope i don't sound like ya Mum Or Dad. Just passing on my experience with online fraud attempts through Ebay and Oztion. Get all the evidence you can. Payment transfer receipts they should show on your bank statement get one from in the branch it holds more punch than a printed one from home. Then all the info you can about the seller as well as all emails from here and the classified add where you communicated with him. Try and give him the option of coming to the party and tell him with out threats what you intend to do. Then see what the boys in blue or fraud squad can do . There a last resort but this is your hard earned bread. Be prepared to sign in to your account and show them the add and your emails regarding the transaction. I called you 5 times today.

I called you Wednesday and told you i was coming on saturday and you said that you would txt me the address on thursday night no word from you.......
After leaving mwe hanging all last night and today u final replied with a rude txt and when i final got you to answer your phone you were abusive to me and made threats to " kick my head in"

Its been a complete lack of communication after demanding i pay up front.

Im not stuffing around any more just refund my money and we can leave it at that!

Cheers for the advice DatsAndy Ive tried to be the adult in this saga but kept receiving all the abuse and poor language.

I hipe it doesnt come to that but I will go down that path if i have to.

i hope this gets resolved and both parties are happy. without this forum many of us would still be looking for that elusive part/parts. i have added all the people i have dealt with in my sig so others know they are trusted members of the forum, maybe others can do the same?

i remember clyon8 had a problem with this guy, don't know how that worked out? Same sort of thing though so its not the first time.
