Speedo outputs?

Are the Speedo out puts on the various gear boxes compatible with each other? I want to use an electronic speedometer sender but I'll eventually go to a 5 speed & the sender is 100$USD, so
i'd rather not buy it twice... Hopefully I'll end up with the Option 2 box if I can find one! Any thoughts?

If by "speedometer output" you mean the transmission part - Yes. The 4-speeds and 5-speeds for Datsun 1200 all use the same speedometer cable.
