They are all Datsun model B210, Nissan chassis code B210.
* 120Y: market name in Australia and many other export markets: * Sunny: market name in Japan * B-210 (with a dash): market name in North America There are lots of little differences other than LHD vs. RHD. See Datsun1200.com article 'B210'

Us B210s had bigger, stronger front suspensions and bigger engines.
They also (I think) had stronger rear diffs. The front crossmembers wer completely different as was the oilpan You can view topic.
