1200, flat tray conversion, really need help

hi anyone that could help, it would be great.
im want to change a 1200 ute, the back tray to be a flat back tray like any steel flat ttray. i've seen it done before but if anyone no's prices, how hard to do it or any information it would be very helpful. cheers Jordie
