A15 in kb10 what is needed for vic roads

Hi all
has anyone fitted a15 in kb10 or b10 and go it through vic roads did you need an engineers certificate if so what mods did you need to do any feedback would be appreciated. cheers to all

cant even do 1200 with a15
would need engineers, and engineer would prob want disc brake front but i get the feeling your reffering to one with 4 wheel discs
