you'll have to run a minimum wheel of 15"

the brakes will be right for the right function and power depending on what you have in mind. can u be more specific pls

g'day mate, brilliant sounding drivetrain in your ute.

Now theres a couple of things to note depending on weather you have 1200 drum struts or 120y/1200 disk struts, if you have the standard drum struts installing s13 brakes is as easy as this.

1.remove all drum assembly off the strut only to leave the hub.

2.slide s13 disk straight over the existing hub.

3.place your caliper in position on the disk and make a template for a caliper bracket, it will have to be an offset bracket as the drum strut hub is a few mm's off the caliper being exactly inline with the backing plate bolts.

4.you may or may not need a brake master cylinder from a disk strut 1200/120y but is probably better suited.

5. bleed brakes and your away!

For a disk brake strut.

1. remove standard discs and what not.

2.remove hub and get machined/file until the s13 rotor will slide over the hub and fit snug.

3.place hub disk and caliper back onto strut and make a carboard template for a caliper bracket, on the dick brake strut the caliper and mounting ears are the same offset so you are able to use a flat bracket opposed to an offset one, makes it much easier to make at home.

4.bleed brakes and your away!

the 250mm s13 brakes will pull up a 1200 with a rotary in it just fine.. (thats what i have)

and you can run smaller wheels, 14's fit and even some 13's from what ive heard
