Ford courier Diff.

Has anyone here done or know of those that have done this conversion? Just wondering how hard to modify and also what you'd expect to pay for one? Also do they vary greatly depending on year? Any info is much appreciated

Don't recall anyone ever discussing this before.
Ford Courier depends on year. Early ones were Mazda design, later ones Ford design. And the last ones Isuzu. Not to mention other countries.
