When I was working for a place at Greenacre that did chilled & frozen meats, we used Rand Transport for the WA delivery. They'd pick it up & stick it on the train,we'd dispatch onTuesday & it'd be there Friday or Thursday for Monday. It wasn't cheap,at about $340 per pallet space. They're at Homebush Bay. I'm sure they'd do dry goods too. Maybe Australia Post can do it cheaper.

I just got a 6 x 9 garaged shipped from Sydney to Perth and used Main Freight. Were very good and quite reasonable.
Have used TNT and Courier Aust, in both cases goods were damaged, because if it looks like they can stack on top of it they will. Even if it is labeled fragile.

Yeah did that Datski. Had the canvas section for my camper trailer sent over. Was labled fragile / top load only and it got put on the bottom. Bent the frame and when they unloaded they stuck the forks straight through the side of it to unload the pallet above. So my recomendation is consider insurance, because most freight companies have some carless employees and you obviously could not get the ute rear quarters in WA

they should pay for all damage if clearly marked even with out insurance as it was there fault for not reading. or just not sign for it as damaged goods
